Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every private boat tour booked with Krabi Voyager Seatour Co., Ltd. Please read them before paying your deposit.
1. The service
Krabi Voyager provides private luxury longtail boat tours departing from Ao Nang, Krabi. Every booking is for a whole boat with captain and crew; we never combine parties. A boat carries a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants.
2. Prices
Prices are shown per boat in Thai Baht (THB) and cover 1–4 guests. Each additional guest from the 5th to the 8th is charged an extra 700 THB. Children pay the full guest price; infants travel free but count towards the 8-seat limit.
National Park fees are not included and are paid in cash on the day. Transfers are free within Ao Nang; Krabi Town transfers are 1,000 THB round trip; Railay guests meet us at a meeting point; other areas are quoted before payment.
3. Booking and deposit
A booking is confirmed for your date once we have received a 30% deposit online and sent you a confirmation. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip.
Some bookings (for example transfers from other areas, or early-morning departures) are handled as requests: we review them first and send a deposit link once the details are agreed.
A booking hold expires if the deposit is not paid within the time shown on the payment page.
4. Itinerary, weather and safety
Light rain with safe seas: the trip runs as normal. In a storm, rough seas or a National Park closure you can choose a full refund or move to another available date.
Route and timing may change with weather, tides and safety. The captain's decision on safety is final. Where an itinerary is shown as "to be confirmed", the exact stops will be agreed with you before the trip.

6. Passengers and conduct
For insurance we need the full name of every passenger and passport or ID information before the trip. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when the captain asks. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
There is no toilet on board. Toilets are available on some islands and stops are planned accordingly.
The captain may refuse to carry or may end the trip for any guest whose behaviour endangers the boat or others; no refund is due in that case.
7. Liability
Accident insurance is included for all passengers. Beyond that insurance, and to the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, sea conditions, authorities or events outside our control.
8. Photos
Our crew may take photos during the trip for you. We will only use guest photos on our website or social media with your permission.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
